You can simply do it by downloading music from your computer/laptop.
Downloading music is a difficult task to think of wich of the right websites you can use. I don't think you should use lime wire any more because I think you get a fine with the goverments discussions and policys.
www.apple.com Syncing music, movies, apps, and other content to the iPad can be as simple as plugging a cable into the dock connector at the bottom of the iPad and the other end into a USB port on your computer and letting the data download. Sometimes there is a catch to downloading but there are some free sites wich you can look up on the internet. If you are not sure you would might want to ask the store you bought it from or you can go to a official apple shop wich is really hard to find.
