The title of the song is 'He' and the artist is a band named 'Today's People' though it seems others have recorded their own versions too.
The song was originally released in 1973 and featured on an album, also named 'He' which was released the following year.There doesn't seem to be a lot of information about the band, or the song unfortunately but what I have found is that Today's People are made up of Lana and Paul Sebastian and they wrote the song.
However, it seems that their real names are Evelyne and André Andrians.
To confuse matters even more, there was another band in the 70s called Today's People formed by Greg Bissonette (a drummer who has collaborated with Duran Duran, Joe Santriani and Dave Lee Roth amongst others) and his brother Matt.
This seems to be a totally different band though, as 'He' is not mentioned on the discography page of Gregg's website.
