Reese Witherspoon is married to Jim Toth, a talent agent. The pair got married in California in 2011, a few months after officially announcing they were engaged at the end of 2010.
Witherspoon was previously married to fellow actor Ryan Phillippe, and they had two children together - a daughter, named Ava; and a son, named Deacon.
After seven years of being married, however, they decided to formally separate, and eventually got divorced towards the end of 2007.
A few years later, the tabloids began reporting that Witherspoon was in a relationship with Jim Toth, who was a big executive at the agency that represents Witherspoon as an actress, the Creative Artists Agency.
Just over a year later, they were getting married, and in September 2012, they welcomed their first child together - a baby boy, named Tennessee James Toth.
