Brad Pitt has won only one Academy/Oscar award to date for his role in 12 Monkeys as an eccentric mental patient bent at destroying the world in the category for best supporting actor. However, he has bagged several awards in different capacities for various roles in other movies namely MTV movie awards, Golden Globe Award, teen choice award and several other nominations. He has a bright chance for bagging the Oscar for his role in 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button'.
