The original Dawn of the Dead, when that biker decides to check his blood pressure at the mall. He sits down puts his arm in the cuff and here come the zombies. They ate him out of the chair.

The Hellraiser movies have some graphic gore scenes.

Graphic male or female rape scenes I will walk out of. Death Wish 2 and Pulp Fiction had scenes that I had to leave over.

Not too much grosses me out anymore. The scene from the movie "28 Weeks Later" when Robert Carlyle's character became infected with the Rage virus and killed his wife is one of the worst that I can remember. The way in which he killed his wife was drawn out and gruesome.

I don't really ever get scared or freaked out by movies or anything, but there was ONE movie where I knew I had the look of disgust and genuine repugnance stuck on my face during ALL of the movie session, meaning ALL scenes were gross. The Human Centipede 2. I could sit through the first installment with ease - it wasn't bad at all! But for a low-budget-looking, black and white film with almost no dialogue... The 2nd movie was the most disturbing movie I've ever watched... But I laughed despite myself in most parts! :D
