Hard one ! The Twilight Zone was the better made of the two and are total classics but I liked the Outer Limits for it's better stories and more aliens and space travel.

Do not attempt to adjust your TV. ...... YEP! I love the episode where the people are pets in their little weird town and the giant alien young girl gets told they will be taken from her if she doesn't take better care of them.

I have vague recollection of an episode twilight zone ... Was world on pause ... Should have been aweeome , but wasn't. I rarely Remwmber television shows but that sticks with me , so I pick twilight zone ... Poor guy stand in street .. World paused
