It's possible that a paparazzo and a celebrity could develop a relationship although, given the way paparazzi harass their subjects, there would be a few problems to overcome.
Can a paparazzi be a friend with a celebrity?
It probably doesn't happen often, but I can see how it might be reassuring to have a friend out there in the pack. It would take trust, but it could be beneficial to both people.
With all the pictures I take of my husband and kids you would think I was a paparazzi! Celebrities are people to. I am sure stranger things have happened! LOL! :0)

Bowen! The best ones are normally friends with celebrities! If the paparazzi is
known to take nice pictures, showcasing the artist or whoever he/she is in a
positive light, it is likely that the latter gets in touch to request for a
contract! It’s rich people’s
business after all; it has to work in a way or another!
