It is also the L bowl day! We started playing football on this day when we were in high school. We decided that even as we went on in life, we would always meet at noon on Christmas Eve to get together and play. This marks the 40th year. It started with the cross country team and since my brother now coaches the team, he brings in new recruits every year.
