Well, if you had asked this question a few weeks back, I
would have said Aretha Franklin, but since then, while listening to music on https://www.play-up.co.uk/ , I have come across the songs of Marvin Gaye. Surely you must have heard of
him. His track “Sexual Healing” was a huge hit. I really enjoy his singles
“What’s going on” and “I want you”. There were some musicals on him being
performed in the US. According to this post, https://chicago.suntimes.com/2019/6/17/18682658/pride-and-joy-the-marvin-gaye-musical-chicago-jarren-muse-berry-gordy , the actors did very well. If they were being played in the UK, I would have
surely gone to see one! That being said, I still like Aretha Franklin. I loved
the movie “Amazing Grace”. If you have not watched it yet, have a look at the
following article: https://www.stylist.co.uk/life/film-reviews-amazing-grace-review-aretha-franklin-documentary-movie/270272 . It will surely motivate you to give it a go!
