Without a doubt Smokey Robinson
" Wicked " Wilson Pickett.
Sam Cooke or Marvin Gaye
Lionel Ritchie Dancing on the Ceiling one of my favorite.
Ray Charles and Jackie Wilson are two of my favorites.
It would have to be the Queen of Soul herself, Aretha Franklin.
Etta James.
Well, if you had asked this question a few weeks back, I
would have said Aretha Franklin, but since then, while listening to music on https://www.play-up.co.uk/
, I have come across the songs of Marvin Gaye. Surely you must have heard of
him. His track âSexual Healingâ was a huge hit. I really enjoy his singles
âWhatâs going onâ and âI want youâ. There were some musicals on him being
performed in the US. According to this post, https://chicago.suntimes.com/2019/6/17/18682658/pride-and-joy-the-marvin-gaye-musical-chicago-jarren-muse-berry-gordy
, the actors did very well. If they were being played in the UK, I would have
surely gone to see one! That being said, I still like Aretha Franklin. I loved
the movie âAmazing Graceâ. If you have not watched it yet, have a look at the
following article: https://www.stylist.co.uk/life/film-reviews-amazing-grace-review-aretha-franklin-documentary-movie/270272
. It will surely motivate you to give it a go!
All bluey rock singers.
