The Outhere Brothers consist of Keith "Malik" Mayberry and Lamar "Hula" Mahone. They have been active since 1987, and have had mixed success. They're generally only well known by most people for their singles Boom Boom Boom and Don't Stop (Wiggle Wiggle).
