Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons in 1967, then Madcon remixed it and released it in Norway 2007, then the rest of Europe in 2008.

Yes it was Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons! You can see the song performed in the musical Jersey Boys at the Prince Edward Theatre - I highly recommend it as it's just incredible!!!
