Yes, He does want kids, and only 2-3. Bieber says that he wants to get married around 20 something with the perfect girl: Pretty eyes, Beautiful smile, and a great sense of humor. He likes a girl that can make him laugh whenever he's feeling down. Sounds like the perfect girl to me huh?? :)
