No Rest for the Wicked was an album by Ozzy.

As for "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked," well...

" Lead singer Matt Schultz stated the song was inspired by an old co-worker of his, who at the time was a drug dealer. When Schultz asked him why he dealt drugs, the co-worker responded: 'ain't no rest for the wicked.'"

I swear I heard it when I was way younger as well.  I think it was a woman singing it.  There are "familiar" lyrics in it, I agree.  If I do find out, I will post.  Sounds like it may be from the 70's, or 80's?  Lol.

I thought it was a remake too. When my teenaged son played it, I sang right along as if I had heard it before...

My dad said that ozzy osbourne made a song called "no rest for the wicked". Check it out. It my be the same song.
