Unfortunately, there are no current plans for Justin Bieber to go to Utah for a concert. This is because he went there last year whilst on tour.
Justin Bieber went on his first tour in 2009, which was called the Urban Behaviour Tour. This tour was originally set to start in Vacouver on 1st November 2009 and end on 6th November 2009. However, due to sickness he had to reschedule his first date, which was to Vancouver on 1st November 2009 to January 2010.

· He then attended Montréal on 4th November at the Eaton Centre
· 5th November was the concert in London at the White Oaks Mall
· 6th November was his trip to Toronto at the Vaughan Mills
· His last trip was to Vancouver in January 2010
Bieber also appeared on stage with Taylor Swift later in November during her tour. Bieber had his second tour called the My World Tour, which began in June 2010 and ended in May 2011.

· From 26th April 2011 to 7th May 2011 he toured cities in Australia
· From 10th May 2011 to 20th May 2011, Bieber returned to Asia visiting places in Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan
