You could look up on the internet "Justin Bieber fan club" and find out an address that you can send fan mail to. I doubt he will read the letters personally though. I've tried with Justin Bieber, The Jonas Brothers, and SO many more. Maybe you could find a phone number. Some celebs tell their phone numbers to the public! Good luck!
