There are tons of things you can do. Pick something that is productive and that you can feel good about later.Something that will benefit yourself or some one else. Clean out a junk drawer or go through a closet and pull out the things you haven't worn or used for a year. Donate them to a clothing bank where someone in need can get it for free. If your thinking of donating it to a thrift store you might keep in mind that People who are needy cant afford to spend money at a thrift store. They don't have extra money.A clothing bank insures that someone who truly would not be able to have that item if you hadn't of given it to them. I like to put a note in the pocket of items with a favorite verse or an inspirational poem or a A joke. Something that will make the person who gets it smile. Go thru your make up if you haven't used it in some time make up is a welcomed sight for some gal who has no money to buy some. Make a friend out of the neighbor down the street who is older and cant get out and do things like they used to. Offer to rake their leaves for them or wash their windows. Pull the weeds in their flower beds. Chances are that they would love to have a conversation. A lot of older people are very lonely. And that have things they can share with you that you would never ever know but for knowing them. Paint or draw them a picture and then take it to them .They will love it.
