What Will Mitch Miller Be Best Remembered For?

I had to look the man up online..... But after hearing some of his work he seems like a wonderful musician.... And apparently I did know his song about the yellow rose of Texas

He will be remembered for conductor and choral director!!

His marvelous music.

I grew up listening to his music,my great aunt was a huge fan.
So i'll say his music

My Mother loved Mitch Miller and his orchestra, so I would have to say his music and his band.

For His Wonderful Kind Of Music That Just Isn't Being Done Anymore  Not Like He Did It And As A Conductor..  My Parents And Grandparents Loved His Style Of Music

Well I never knew Mitch Miller for much except for his Xmas album, which I had & loved.
His style of music just wasn't mine. Too old for me.

For our term as kids calling his show "Sting along with Itch? But most notably his chorale style of music much in the style of Ray Coniff et al.  Eg:"Standing on the corner watching all the girls go by."
