I was a teenager when Marilyn was in her prime. Naturally I preferred her. She was every boy's fantasy.

But I'm older now and can appreciate Hepburn's talents in a way I couldn't have done then.

So, in the terms of your question, I liked Monroe better. With maturity, Hepburn gets the nod, but that doesn't take anything away from Marilyn: She's still a fantasy.
