Usually a downloaded movie won't buffer anyway; it is only when you watch things that are not on the memory of your computer that require buffering. Websites such as YouTube buffer because they are streaming there and then as you are trying to watch them. If, however, you actually go to a website and download a film (which usually takes quite a while) then the computer has the information in full stored on the hard drive and does not need to buffer.

In this case, there are hundreds of websites that offer the legal download of movies. You will own the right to watch this as much as you want; just as you would a DVD and they will be permanently stored on the memory of the computer so can be watched as often as you want. There are websites, such as Love Film, which offer either a rental or purchasable movie offer; often this website will offer a free trial and so you may be able to get some for free (here is the link www.lovefilm.com/).  You can also downloads films legally from iTunes, Blink Box and many other reputable websites.

If you were referring to free download of movies then I would certainly not advise this. Websites offering such services are clearly not bothered about engaging in illegal activity and therefore you are at a much higher risk of falling victim of viruses and scams. As I said you can watch legal downloads for free relatively cheaply these days; much cheaper than getting your computer fixed.
