I cringe just watching commercials for the news! I am not quite too sure what you mean by "cringe worthy?" Meaning is the show worthy enough to watch even though it makes you cringe? Or its so horrible it makes you cringe so you put it in a category of "cringe worthy?"
There are two shows that for me qualify, Shameless and House of Cards. I will on occasion, watch them through my fingers.
